Advertisers should be aware that submitting a property for sale
to the Private
Property Sales section of this site; should only do so, if they agree
to the terms and conditions laid out below.
1.2
In submitting a property for sale to this site I agree to:
a. Submit all text and photos (for the advertisement)
to be entered in the private advertising section of this site.
b. Be solely responsible for the content of the advert.
c. Pay the required fee before the advertisement appears on
the site.
d. Accept that a minimum period of 4 but not more than 7 days
is required before the advertisement appears on the site.
2.1
Fees:
In submitting a property for sale to this site the advertiser should
understand that:
1. A fee of €100 is payable in advance of advertisement and should be presented when required. Advertise your properties at an affordable price.
2. The said fee ( being paid ) will
give the advertiser the right to advertise his/her property for as long a
period, as is required, to bring about a sale. Or; until the advertiser (
the client submitting the advert) withdraws it.
a. Withdrawal of the advertisement is the privilege of the
advertiser (the client submitting the advert and there will be no refund of
money paid).
b. Notification of withdrawal of an advertisement
should be by e’ mail to the contact address or by post. Withdrawal of
an advertisement cannot be affected by phone.
3.1
Submission of property for sale.
Advertiser should be owner or bona fide representative of email submission
or by post (see contact address)should include:
Name
Address and Postcode
Contact Phone number
Location of property for sale
Pictures (Sent as attachment or through the postal service)
Property Details
Brief Description
Asking Price
Personal details may be included in advertisement (If so desired) Please
state
Remember to include your email address
This site (like any other) cannot guarantee a sale of your property since there are many factors influencing potential buyers’ choice.
We will however, ensure that the property is displayed to it’s best
potential (working with and around the material and information supplied)
4.1
Payment
The sum of €100 or it’s sterling equivalent (on the day) should be made by check or transfer (when requested)

Only when the check has cleared or the transfer has been made
will the advertisement appear on the site.
Alternative Method. For payment by Paypal,
option will be included in return
e-mail after initial enquiry.
5.1
Terms and conditions governing property sales in this classification of advertising
are discrete and apply to this section only.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to advertisers.
If you agree with the terms and conditions outlined above the copy of the agreement should be signed and returned.
In doing so you enter into a contract and must abide by the terms.
We operate a strict privacy policy under which none of your details
will be released or disclosed (in any way) to any third party.
All aspects of business, related to any entry, in this advertising
section will be discussed only with the primary applicant.
Any details released into the public domain are done so at the
strict request of the advertiser with the sole purpose of providing information
to prospective buyers.
Such information (as is required to enable personal contact between prospective
purchaser and vendor) may form part of the advertisement
display or may be kept confidential until such time as an enquiry is
received. At this poit the advertiser will be informed of the interest
and may release the necessary information:
if he /she has not already displayed the information in the advertising
display.
