Advert Types
Unless otherwise agreed banners and advertisements will not
contain html or any form of Java Script which may be used
to take visitors directly to the advertised site.
That is no adverts must contain code or script which
affects a direct link from this site to another site. Unless
previously agreed and then only under certain conditions.
Choice of page (On which your advertisement will appear)
You
will be aware that some pages are more visited than others
(on any site). Therefore it can be assumed that each page
will carry it’s
own pricing formula. Thus some will be ranked higher than
others and therefore more expensive than others. On some sites
that difference can be quite significant and can add considerably
to the cost of advertising.
This site however, is different in that respect.
Instead we choose to offer every advertiser similar opportunities and operate a page rotation format. This enables all advertisers to appear on all pages throughout their advertising campaign.
In order to affect this and to ensure fairness.. advertisements are rotated randomly through the site.

Pricing
Prices are charged according to the advert size (within the parameters stated above - para 3.1)
All costs and charges relate to an advertisement being placed on the site for a period of one month.
Discounts are available for adverts placed for periods of

The upper limit for banner size is 178 px(width )and 460 px (height )
There is no bottom limit therefore advertisers are advised that as long as there banner fits into the parameters defined above an advertisement may be submitted for pricing prior to admittance onto the site. When this is agreed and the terms are fulfilled the advert will appear on the site. For the specified period.
All prices are subject discounts for periods over 1 month
(as outlined above see para 4.1)
VAT is not charged on transactions.
5.1
Number of advertisements per page.
In the interests of fairness and in order to gain maximum benefits from purchasing advertising space on No Bull Bulgaria. Advertisers are advised that the number of advertisements per page is strictly contolled and limited to one advert par page
6.1
Procedure: for placing advertisements on No Bull
Bulgaria.
- Read Terms and Conditions.
- Submit enquiry by phone / fax or by e’mail.
- Advertiser will be contacted by e, mail /phone or fax ( As desired )
- Terms agreed .
- Contract ( Copy of the terms and conditions outlined above inclusive of term advert to run and signed by advertiser.. ( by e’ mail /fax or post .. As desired.)
- Payment for agreed term.
7.1
Payment terms.
All advertisers should be aware that advertisements will only
be included on the site when payment has been received and funds have
been cleared.
The amount to be paid is governed by the term the
advert is to stay on the site less any discount allowed .
7.2
Methods of payment.
Payment can be made in three ways.
By CHEQUE
(sent to us at business address (see
contact page)
Cheques will require at least one week to clear before
advert appears.
By PAYPAL.
Provision is made within E-mail sent out from
us.
Payments made in this way are made by credit card
( You will not need a PAYPAL account for this facility although
in some cases you may already have.
By BANK TRANSFER.
Money to be paid into account below.
Bank Transfers will require at least one week to
be cleared.

8.1
Advertisers be advised .
After initial contract period is ended, it
is possible to contract the same space for re-advertising.
In cases where an advertisement is reaching the end of the
contracted period then a notice or reminder will be sent
to the advertiser 21 days before the removal of the
advertisement is due.
Advertisers may choose to re-advertise but
must ensure that all conditions are met in order for the
advert to stay on the site. ( in a way which ensures unbroken
placement)
That is all fees due for the new contracted
period are payable and cleared before the date for removal of
the advert.

Advertisements appearing on No Bull Bulgaria are not related to No Bull Bulgaria (unless otherwise stated). The publishers of this site cannot accept responsibility for any claims made in advertisements exhibited on this site .
Complaints about particular adverts should be addressed to the advertiser / company in question.
Visitors may alert the publishers of this site if they have a complaint about a particular advert but must outline the nature of the complaint and how it has specifically affected them , giving instance and evidence of such affect.
No Bull Bulgaria does not undertake to deal with complaints related to adverts placed on the site but we are interested in hearing from site visitors, who may have cause for concern, about the voracity of a particular advert ; the content of and the claims made within. We reserve the right as publishers to refuse or discontinue
any advertisement which may be detrimental to our business
or which may be construed as distasteful or unlawful in any
way. Or which we feel causes our reputation to be affected by the continuance
of a relationship whether previously agreed or not. We the
publishers and owners of this site reserve the sole right to be final
arbiters in a situation which, we feel, has resulted in or will result
in detriment to us (we). In such cases the advertiser will be informed
of our final decision and we will exercise our rights in respect
of it as outlined in Terms and Conditions for use of this site.
In such cases compensation* may or may not
be due (depending on the circumstances of the infringement
or breach which has caused the situation to arise).
*Compensation is defined as return of fees paid
for balance of advertising period left to run.
